God Apollo or Apollon was one of the greatest Olympian Gods and the only one to appear with the same name in both Greek and Roman mythology.

In Greece the name of this God is Apollon (Απόλλων) or Apollonas (Απόλλωνας), but internationally he is mostly known with the name Apollo.

Graeme Smith has announced he is to stand down as captain of South Africa in both forms of limited overs cricket.
He has quit the Twenty20 post as of now and will give up the 50-over job after the 2011 World Cup but will still play for both teams and lead the Test side.
“I am going into my ninth season of international cricket – eight as captain,” the 29-year-old said.
“It’s my aim to play for another five or six years and I can only do that if I give up some of my responsibilities.”

As students and faculty have no doubt noticed, logging into the campus wireless network is more obnoxious and intrusive now than it was last year.
Now, not only do you have to sign in and identify that the computer belongs to you, but you must also complete a quiz about Internet piracy. What you may not know is the whole registration procedure does nothing to actually prevent piracy or make those who do pirate any more accountable.
I assume that most recognize that the quiz about piracy, much like the comical alcohol education class, will do nothing to actually affect anyone’s behavior. Those who intend to pirate on the campus network will not change their mind because of an obligatory quiz.
